Comfort Dog MINISTRY

We have acquired a Lutheran Church Charities K-9 Comfort/Kare 9 Military Ministry Dog. Her name is Rachel and she interacts with people at churches, schools, nursing homes, hospitals, events, and in disaster response situations. Rachel is a friend who brings a calming influence and allows people to open their hearts and receive help for what is affecting them. She, along with her other LCC Comfort Dog friends are available to visit your church or group.

LCC K-9 Comfort Dogs are a bridge for compassionate ministry, opening doors for conversation about faith.

The Comfort Dogs serve as a national human-care ministry embracing the unique, calming nature and skills of purebred Golden Retrievers.
